Frank Ciota
Upon graduating from Harvard University, Frank Ciota worked for several years in advertising and politics before deciding to change careers and enroll in an intensive filmmaking course at New York University. After making his first short film “Five O’Clock Shadow”, written by his brother Joseph, Ciota travelled to Los Angeles and landed a position working in Las Vegas on the Martin Scorsese film “Casino”.
Joseph A. Ciota
Joseph A. Ciota graduated from Colby College and began his career as a freelance journalist writing extensively on Italian culture including pieces on Siena’s famed Palio horse race as well as the Italian automobile legend Ferruccio Lamborghini. His experiences as the first American to coach American Football in Italy became the basis for the feature film “Ciao America” which was shot entirely in Italy.
