Stiffs

Following their success overseas, The Ciota Brothers returned to Boston to write and direct the black comedy “Stiffs” starring Oscar nominated actor Danny Aiello (“Do The Right Thing”), John Polito (“Miller’s Crossing”) and Leslie Anne Warren (“Victor Victoria”). The film follows the trials and tribulations of a once illustrious “man about town” now working at a struggling neighborhood funeral home.

With an original score performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra written by acclaimed Italian composer Giuliano Taviani and recorded in Prague the film premiered at the Montreal Film Festival and is currently available on DVD.
